Status Update 4

Aveyn Knight

Following the public release of the version 2.0.1 menu patch, we've received a fair amount of feedback on various aspects of our patch. Originally I naively thought that everything was more or less done and dusted with regards to the menus. However, a number of critical fans have appeared to kill this thought, which is really cool; it helps keeps us on our toes!

Anyway, here are some screenshots of our progress.

Next time, hopefully we can show some new dialogue. (Note: this is just my random thoughts, I'm not actually promising anything!)

Special thanks to DarkTwilkitri for his advice and NomadicTrooperGirl for inserting the tiles.

Sorry, no more stripping characters!

  1. As a fellow swedish fire emblem, THANK YOU.
I wish I was the one who spoke Japanese, so I could translate this for you guys, I feel a bit greedy :(

  3. I'm having a bit of trouble getting this to run. I've tried several different clean JP versions of the ROM, all on No$GBA (which I believe is what you use) and, whether I load the clean or patched ROM, all I see is three lines of Japanese text on a black background. Has anyone had this problem? If so, know how to fix it?

And NOA/IS need to hurry up and release this in North America...

  4. Actually, Desmume (not even attempting to remember proper capitalization) seemed to solve my problem, if anyone else has it.

  5. You have to use a better emulator, i use the "No$Zoomer", which amplifies the image and works with everygame if you set the bios, but you know, nothing beats playing it on your ds. Its a great game and a great team traslating, i'm actually surprised at how fast they update their stuff, Thank you very much.
