It seems some people are having trouble applying the patch on Windows because of MSVCR100.dll; if that's your case, you should try installing Microsoft's Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.

You can discover your OS version by right-clicking on "(My) Computer" and choosing "Properties".

ReplyDeleteAlso is anyone else having problems with getting support conversations? I can get them no problem if they are with the my unit character but if it is between two other characters like Marth and Merric, Tiki and Xane, or Navarre and Ogma for example, It just doesn't seem to work. Even if I have them stay standing next to each other for over 20 turns!
Does anyone know if i'm doing something wrong? Please help me! :( I really want these supports!
It's the FE9 system, i.e. it depends on how many maps you deploy them together, not how long they sit together on the battlefield.
DeleteFor example, to get Gordin and Jeorge to an A-support, they need to take part in 16 maps together.
Support conversations are unlocked by having two characters take part in a given amount of chapters together (or by using the bond drop); while MU gets to chat with everyone, there are very few other such convos. For instance, Tiki only has Bantu, Merric only has Linde, Navarre only has Feena and Ogma only has Caeda.

So your telling me Navarre and Ogma can't even support with eachother...? Well that sucks! I thought each character had about 3 or 4 supports with other characters! Thank's for telling me though. I was actually getting ready to replay the game again just to try and get supports for Omga/Navarre, Marth/Merric, and Tiki/Xane. :(

Yah. I'm trying to play them, but I can't seem to open the save file. I followed the instructions and everything but it just doesn't seem to be working for me. Is there any way you guys could put up A tutorial or something on how to get the bonus content working?

DeleteRename your file to the same thing as the rom you're using. Then stick it in the battery folder.
DeleteI think I messed up on the instructions somehow. I tried that, but when I tried to start it up it now says "unable to save data. Please turn the power OFF, reinsert the gamecard and try again"

Deletei had that problem with my winxp so i just put everything on my flashdrive n patched it on my house mates pc that has vista(i coulda just dl'd msvcr100.dll but i was just too dam lazy) luvin the game btw... ive restarted 5 times cause im xperimentin with different MU's lol .... @Lucaspsi .... i believe its a matter of how many chapters the ppl are deployed together... just keep deployin the ppl together that you want support for and it'll happen eventually.

ReplyDeletebut ever since I Navarre and ogma together, they've been fighting alongside eachother in every battle all the way up to the end of the game. Do you know if there's A limit to how many supports one can get? cause I got all of Navarre's and my unit supports and 2 of Navarre and Feena supports. Is the limit 5 like how it was in sealed sword and blazing sword?
FE12's supports are mechanically identical to that of FE11.
DeleteBase conversations don't affect support levels, and you can get as many as you want/are able to.

It worked fine on windows emulators when I tried it, though it is erroring on my flashcart, so it's pretty much no use to me until a new menu comes out that will run it. x.x

Question: Is online feasible? I can't connect with my DSi, even though I thought that I'd seen other people posting about online stuff. My router is WPA secured, but I thought this was DSi enhanced, meaning it should work?

It just shows up as a silent white screen when I load the ROM on my flashcart, what do I do? x_x All the other games work.

DeleteUpdate your firmware, if that doesn't work post the flashcart on here maybe an alternative menu is available that works. I know
Deletethe Edge card works with firmware 2.3, the game froze on 2.0 always update when you can.
This might seem a little weird, but is there some way I can get a copy of the full script, including all those base conversations? I'm a fanfiction writer, and it would help greatly with some story ideas I've been toying with for the Archanea series.

ReplyDeleteCan anyone give me a code to modify a character? I was in chapter 14 and I made Xane copy MU and after the chapter, he didn't change back. Now I have 2 MU. I think the reason was because I used a code to change an Item into a VIP card cause I forgot to bring my VIP card.

ReplyDeleteOr you should instal fixed tool which will solve your problem with dll file http://fix4dll.com/msvcp140_dll, I made that action and now a haven't this problem any more, so you should do this way too.
